Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate end-to-end event logistics, from concept to execution
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure services within budget
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and run-of-show documents
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to align on event objectives
• Manage on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues in real time
• Track event performance and prepare post-event reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue regulations
