Job summary

Flight Centre UAE is seeking an experienced Event Manager to own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of corporate clients. You will partner with clients, venues, suppliers and internal teams to deliver high-impact conferences, meetings and events across the UAE and internationally.

The role requires strong on-site delivery, budget control, vendor management and exceptional communication to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in event and/or project management.
• Strong experience managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Experience with on-site event delivery.
• Experience managing suppliers and venues.
• Corporate client or high-profile account experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE MICE suppliers, products and destinations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Budget management experience.
• Experience with Cvent and/or Qondor is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage events from initial brief through to post-event wrap-up.
• Coordinate with clients, venues, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, timelines, logistics and event delivery.
• Lead on-site event execution and resolve challenges in real time; build strong client relationships and identify account growth opportunities.
• Support proposals, pricing, supplier negotiations and business development activities.
• Deliver high-quality corporate events, conferences and meetings across the UAE and internationally.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and suppliers throughout the event lifecycle.
• Ensure events are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
