The role emphasizes strong organization, clear communication, and on-site problem solving. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in event management or related fields, a UAE driving license is preferred, and English proficiency is required with Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities are essential.
• Experience coordinating corporate or client-facing events is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate end-to-end event logistics, from concept to execution
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure services within budget
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and run-of-show documents
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to align on event objectives
• Manage on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues in real time
• Track event performance and prepare post-event reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue regulations
