Job summary

Transguard Workforce Solutions in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Resource Planner - Housekeeping to forecast, plan and coordinate housekeeping manpower for events in a MICE setting. You will work with Operations, Housekeeping, Scheduling teams and manpower suppliers to create staffing plans based on event needs, venue allocations and historical data.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Operations/Hospitality, has at least two years in workforce or resource planning, and is proficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Min 2 years of experience in workforce planning, resource planning, operations coordination, or manpower forecasting.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting processes, ERP systems, or workforce management tools is advantageous.
• Experience within hospitality, facilities management, venue operations, events, exhibitions, or MICE environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and manpower planning/tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to analyze data, challenge assumptions, and propose effective planning solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast manpower requirements for events and create staffing plans.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Operations, Scheduling teams and suppliers to deploy staff.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecast utilization, and identify variances.
• Prepare reports on manpower deployment and post-event analyses.
