JobCenter in Abu-Dhabi is seeking a reliable Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team in a hotel environment. The role requires shift work, including evenings, weekends and holidays; you will organize staff schedules, supervise performance, and ensure health and safety standards are followed.

You should have strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of cleaning products, and the ability to train and motivate staff to maintain clean and welcoming public areas and rooms.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and their proper use.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Provide training when necessary.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise housekeeping staff and shift teams.

• Address customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff schedules, and cover shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
