Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive seeks an Andon lead to coach the Volvo Personal Service team, improving customer experience, workshop efficiency, and cost control. The role focuses on daily planning, KPI tracking, and supporting with planning and training to sustain high performance in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The position requires 5+ years in automotive leadership with advanced EV knowledge, a UAE driving license, and relevant certifications.

Technical knowledge of tools and equipment used in vehicle maintenance.
Strong problem-solving abilities across technical and operational areas.

Responsibilities

Lead Volvo Personal Service team to enhance customer experience and workshop efficiency.
Conduct daily meetings and review progress against KPIs and planning.
Maintain Visual Planning board and ensure minimal idle workshop capacity.
Provide first-line support for production planning and daily issues.
Coach PST in technical/admin areas and meet Volvo ITC targets.
Coordinate workshop improvement projects to boost productivity.
