Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in service field of automotive repair, with at least 3 years as Master Technician in dealer service operations or equivalent.
• In-depth understanding of EV powertrain components and onboard electronics.
• Experience with EV and PHEV brands and modern diagnostic methods.
• Ability to raise and document technical reports clearly.

Responsibilities

• Technical support visit + report to locations and OEMs.
• Validate reported concerns and perform remote assistance.
• Conduct field visits to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Prepare technical information reports and submit to Technical Support Manager and OEM.
