Job summary

Ali & Sons UAE seeks an experienced Sales Executive to promote XPENG vehicles. You will greet customers, assess needs, explain features, and guide them through pricing, financing, registration and delivery.

You will manage showroom traffic, follow up on leads within 30 minutes, build lasting relationships, meet monthly targets and collaborate with the delivery team. A valid UAE driving license and 3 years of automotive sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive showroom sales experience.
• Strong lead follow-up and closing skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle financing, registration and delivery processes.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assess their vehicle requirements.
• Respond to leads within 30 minutes and follow up.
• Explain XPENG features and pricing, financing options.
• Coordinate deliveries and after-sales handover.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales orders.
• Achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
