Al-Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is expanding its Electric Mobility showroom team in Dubai, seeking a results-driven sales professional to engage premium customers and drive luxury automotive sales. The role focuses on needs assessments, product demonstrations, and test drives, with CRM-driven follow-up and KPI-based targets.

You will maintain CRM records, promote finance/insurance products, and uphold showroom standards while collaborating with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 2 years sales experience in luxury retail or automotive.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
• Experience with CRM and sales pipeline management; proven KPI achievement.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in showroom with professional service and needs assessments.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom performance.
• Maintain leads, opportunities, and test drive activities in CRM.
