Job summary

KPMG Middle East is growing its Ethics & Compliance capability in the UAE. As an Assistant Manager, you will help lead the delivery of high-impact ethics and compliance solutions for clients, taking ownership of workstreams and engagements while supervising and mentoring junior team members.

This role places you at the front line of compliance transformation, investigations, and risk management within a client-facing team in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Forensic, Ethics & Compliance or Risk Management.
• Experience leading workstreams and mentoring junior staff.
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and investigation methodologies.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFE, CCEP, ICA) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of compliance frameworks and investigations, meeting regulatory standards.
• Own day-to-day engagement management including planning, budgeting, quality, and timelines.
• Maintain current regulatory knowledge and guide the team on industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for Ethics & Compliance services and participate in client pitches.
• Report progress to engagement manager and manage client relationships at working level.
