Job summary

KPMG Lower Gulf in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Senior Consultant to join its growing Forensic ethics and compliance practice. You will help design frameworks, conduct investigations, and perform risk assessments for a diverse client base in a fast-paced, consulting environment.

The role combines technical rigor with client-facing delivery, requiring collaboration with teams across regions and support for junior staff.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Forensic, Compliance, or Risk Management.
Exposure to compliance frameworks, investigations, or risk assessment work.
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance principles.
Progress toward professional certifications (e.g. CFE, CCEP, ICA) is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Interest in energy/oil & gas sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

Client delivery: design compliance frameworks and conduct investigations, risk assessments, and due diligence to deliver high-quality results meeting regulatory standards.
Project support: assist engagements with accuracy, timeliness, and quality; mentor junior team members.
Regulatory awareness: stay up to date with relevant regulations and industry trends to ensure deliverables remain compliant.
Business development: help identify opportunities for Ethics & Compliance services and assist proposals and client materials.
Internal reporting: report progress and updates to the performance manager, team leader, or engagement manager.
