Job summary

KONE Middle East UAE in Dubai seeks a Compliance Manager to lead global ethics & compliance program across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa, implement enhancements, and foster a culture of integrity. Based in Dubai, you will report to the Compliance Director APM.

You will manage whistleblowing channels, conduct internal investigations, provide guidance, perform country-level risk assessments, deliver training, and drive a regional uplift strategy to engage leadership and maintain ethical

Qualifications

Master's degree in business law, finance or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant compliance experience in large international organizations.
Proven record in conducting and managing internal investigations.
Compliance certifications such as CCEPI or CFE are an advantage.
Fluent in English; Arabic or Turkish language skills are a plus.
Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to travel frequently within the Middle East, Turkey and Africa.

Responsibilities

Implementation, enhancement, and monitoring of the Global Ethics & Compliance program across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa.
Manage and promote whistleblowing channels for reporting of violations.
Lead and conduct internal investigations related to compliance issues.
Provide expert advice to stakeholders on compliance matters to ensure ethical decision-making.
Conduct country-level compliance risk assessments and develop action plans.
Provide training on compliance matters across the organization.
Design and lead a compliance uplift strategy for the region.
Lead internal communications to raise compliance awareness.
Foster a compliance-oriented culture among employees and partners.
