KPMG Middle East is expanding its Ethics & Compliance capability in the UAE. As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of a team delivering ethics and compliance solutions to clients — contributing to framework design, investigations, and risk assessments, and producing high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

You will design and implement ethics & compliance frameworks, support transformation initiatives, and engage in third-party risk management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Forensic, Compliance, or Risk Management.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks, investigations, or risk assessment work, ideally in a consulting, advisory, or regulated industry setting.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance principles.
• Progress toward relevant professional certifications (e.g. CFE, CCEP, ICA, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; Arabic is a plus; Energy/oil & gas sector exposure desirable.

Responsabilités

• Client delivery: Support the design of compliance frameworks and the execution of investigations, risk assessments, and due diligence processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet regulatory standards.
• Project support: Contribute to client engagements with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and quality, and support the mentoring of junior team members.
• Regulatory awareness: Keep up to date with relevant regulations and industry trends to ensure deliverables remain compliant.
• Business development: Help identify opportunities for Ethics & Compliance services and support the preparation of proposals and client materials.
• Internal reporting: Report progress and updates on assignments to the performance manager, team leader, or engagement manager.
