Job summary

Amali Properties seeks an experienced Estimation Manager to lead cost planning, budgeting, estimation, and tender management for ultra-luxury residential and branded developments in the UAE. You will manage budgets across feasibility to construction, evaluate complex cost drivers, and coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure commercial viability and premium quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in estimation, cost planning and tendering for ultra-luxury developments.
• Proven experience leading estimation for high-value residential or luxury hospitality projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with contract administration and tender negotiations.
• Experience in value engineering while preserving luxury design intent.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgets, feasibility studies, and BOQs for ultra-luxury developments.
• Develop and manage cost plans through all design stages and construction.
• Review design deliverables for cost implications and budget compliance.
• Prepare cost plans for villas, branded residences, and premium interiors.
• Provide cost benchmarking, risk analysis, and procurement guidance to management.
