Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks an Estimation Manager/Senior Estimator to lead pre-contract estimating for villas and turnkey luxury projects in Dubai. You will manage take-offs, pricing, risk reviews and value engineering, coordinating with design, procurement and construction teams.

Role covers civil, structural, architectural, fit-out, premium finishes and joinery, requiring 15+ years in construction estimating and UAE/GCC experience. Dubai-based role with strong client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

Advanced contractor-side estimating, quantity take-off, BOQ review, rate build-up and tender pricing.
Experience with luxury residential, hospitality or turnkey projects is essential.
Strong knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, fit-out and joinery works.
Proven ability to manage risk, procure and negotiate with suppliers.
Advanced Excel and use of estimating and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Review tender invitations, drawings, specs, BOQs and conditions to shape strategy.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and validate BOQs against drawings.
Build direct/indirect cost estimates and implement pricing for luxury packages.
Coordinate with procurement, technical teams and suppliers for inputs.
Develop value engineering options and quantify risks and allowances.
Submit tender documentation, respond to clarifications, and negotiate.
Lead the estimating team, maintain templates and data controls.
Handover approved estimates with full documentation post-award.
