Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in cost estimation for construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches.
• Familiarity with CAD software and estimating tools; experience with BOQ.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-level cost estimates to support business development and meet deadlines.
• Review cost plans, benchmark rates and identify variances with cost consultants.
• Develop target budgets aligned with client briefs and project feasibility.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to meet the client budget.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to finalize cost estimates.
