Job summary

Bloomfields Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer in Abu Dhabi to support our FM projects. You will lead MEP estimation, prepare BOQs, review drawings, and coordinate tender submissions.

The role requires a strong background in FM estimation, cost analysis, and tendering, with a UAE driving license and degree attestation. Candidate should have 6–7 years in FM, ideally with an FM service provider, and be ready to collaborate with operations and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 6–7 years of experience in Facilities Management, preferably with an FM service provider.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, cost estimation, BOQs, and tendering.
• Experience in SLA/KPI-based FM contracts is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car are mandatory.
• Degree attestation is required.
