Job summary

Al Ghurair Facility Management in the UAE is seeking an Estimation Engineer / Quantity Surveyor with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and minimum 5 years of experience to prepare accurate cost estimates for facilities management projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of FM standards, excellent proficiency in cost estimation tools, and a valid UAE driving license. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management tendering and estimation.
• Proficient in cost estimation tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and project specifications.
• Prepare cost estimates for FM projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
