Job summary

Novisto is seeking an ESG Customer Success Specialist to onboard and adopt customers, deliver ESG advisory services, and translate insights into product improvements. You’ll own end-to-end onboarding, create metrics, and guide data input while enabling value through the adoption phase.

You’ll deliver executive-ready ESG outputs, share knowledge internally, and collaborate with Product to test new capabilities, all while maintaining security controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, ESG, or related fields.
• 3+ years in Sustainability, ESG Reporting/Disclosure, or SaaS/Product.
• Strong ESG knowledge: materiality, KPIs, frameworks (CSRD/ESRS, ISSB/IFRS, GRI, CDP).
• Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Analytical, data-driven, and customer-focused.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to understand needs with the Customer Success team.
• Own customer onboarding end-to-end including environment creation and data input; drive adoption.
• Deliver ESG advisory services and present executive-ready outputs.
• Share ESG knowledge internally through training to scale consistency.
• Contribute to testing and deployment of platform functionalities.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements with Product to improve workflows.
• Follow policies, security controls, and report risks or incidents.
