Job summary

Novisto is seeking a ESG Customer Success professional in Dubai to onboard and drive adoption of our ESG platform. You will deliver advisory services, produce executive-ready outputs, and feed customer insights back into product improvements.

You will work with cross-functional teams to scale ESG expertise across the organization, while maintaining secure, trusted customer experiences and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science/Engineering, Business or related field.
• 3+ years in Sustainability, ESG reporting, or SaaS/consulting with knowledge of frameworks (CSRD/ESRS, ISSB/IFRS, GRI).
• Strong data-driven approach and ability to distill insights for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own customer onboarding and adoption in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
• Deliver ESG advisory services and present executive-ready outputs.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements with Product team.
• Contribute to scaling ESG expertise and internal training.
• Ensure security controls are followed and report risks or incidents.
