Job summary

ADNOC Group seeks an experienced ESG professional to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of ADNOC Gas’s ESG strategy. The role ensures alignment with international standards and corporate objectives, integrating ESG considerations across operations and stakeholder engagement.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, robust reporting, and ongoing improvements to sustainability practices in line with ADNOC's governance framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8 years of ESG/sustainability experience in energy/gas sector.
• Knowledge of GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, GHG Protocol.
• Certifications in ESG or sustainability are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and rollout of ESG frameworks, policies, and performance metrics.
• Monitor ESG compliance across business units and support reporting.
• Conduct ESG risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG into decisions.
• Prepare ESG disclosures aligned with GRI, SASB, and ADNOC standards and best practices.
• Engage with stakeholders including investors and regulators.
