Job summary

Dr Scent is seeking an ERP Technical Business Analyst in Sharjah to bridge internal teams, agents and developers. The role requires strong SQL, PHP and JavaScript skills, plus the ability to translate business requirements into technical specs and to train users.

Responsibilities include analyzing issues, defining workflows, configuring ERP settings and collaborating with development teams to deliver enhancements and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, business analysis, ERP/CRM or software implementation.
• Strong SQL knowledge for querying and safe updates.
• Good PHP and JavaScript for troubleshooting and minor changes.
• Excellent communication, documentation and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze system issues and operational problems.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Define screens, workflows, validation rules, reports and enhancements.
• Work with developers to ensure complete requirements for implementation.
• Configure ERP settings, users, roles and system parameters.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor PHP/JavaScript code changes.
• Create ERP documentation, user guides and SOPs.
• Prepare training materials and deliver sessions to users.
