Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an ERP support specialist to assist with the implementation and ongoing ERP/system activities, including requirements gathering, testing and user adoption.

You will coordinate with departments, IT and external implementation partners to drive digital improvement, ensure data quality across ERP and reporting, and explore AI-enabled approaches to enhance reporting, analytics and efficiency.

Qualifications

• ERP support, business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, or digital transformation
• ERP systems, Power BI, advanced Excel, Power Automate, process mapping/documentation, KPI reporting, and basic understanding of core business processes such as Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance and HR. Exposure to Power Apps, SQL, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Analysis certifications would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and ongoing ERP and system activities, including requirements gathering, testing, issue tracking, user coordination and user adoption.
• Support ongoing improvement of Camelia's ERP system after implementation.
• Coordinate with departments, IT and external implementation partners on system, process and digital improvement initiatives.
• Support data quality, standardization and accuracy across ERP, reporting and digital systems.
• Identifying opportunities to digitalize processes through technology and for automation in order to improve efficiency, accuracy and visibility.
• Explore and support the practical use of AI and Generative AI tools to improve reporting, documentation, analysis, productivity and business processes.
• Review and document end-to-end business processes and identify bottlenecks, gaps, duplication and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain process maps, SOPs, workflows, related process documentation.
• Analyze operational data using Power BI, Excel and other tools to support better decision-making.
• Monitor improvement actions, project activities and implementation progress through proper tracking and follow-up.
