Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years ERP Project Management experience.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle ERP implementations as PM.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 BC or NAV upgrade projects.
• Proven finance/process transformation leadership; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP transformation lifecycle from planning to post-go-live.
• Develop and manage ERP roadmap, plans, timelines, budgets and governance.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and exec reporting.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a strategic Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central upgrade program.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for delivering a large-scale ERP transformation that will modernize Finance, Supply Chain, and Reporting capabilities while driving operational excellence and business process standardization.

The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership, business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete lifecycle of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central transformation program from planning through post-go-live stabilization.
• Develop and execute the overall ERP implementation roadmap, project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance framework.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to align business objectives with technical delivery.
• Coordinate System Integrators, vendors, consultants, and internal cross-functional teams.
• Lead fit-gap analysis, solution validation, and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Oversee ERP configuration, customizations, integrations, and extension delivery.
• Direct end-to-end data migration activities including cleansing, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
• Drive testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and quality assurance.
• Lead organizational change management, user training, communication, and business readiness initiatives.
• Execute go-live planning, cutover activities, hypercare support, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Monitor project KPIs, financial benefits realization, process improvements, and ERP adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of ERP Project Management experience.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle ERP implementations as Project Manager.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV upgrade projects.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide Finance or ERP transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience managing:
• ERP integrations
• Go-live planning
• Experience working with external System Integrators and global delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, governance, vendors, risks, and steering committees.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar Project Management certification is highly preferred.
