Job summary

Astek Middle East is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central upgrade program in the UAE. This senior role drives a large-scale ERP transformation across Finance, Supply Chain, and Reporting, partnering with executives, IT, and implementation partners to ensure end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years ERP Project Management experience.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle ERP implementations as PM.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 BC or NAV upgrade projects.
• Proven finance/process transformation leadership; PMP/PRINCE2/Agile preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP transformation lifecycle from planning to post-go-live.
• Develop and manage ERP roadmap, plans, timelines, budgets and governance.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and exec reporting.
• Coordinate with finance, supply chain, operations, and IT teams.
• Lead system integrators, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee configuration, integrations, and customizations.
• Direct data migration activities including cleansing and cutover.
• Drive testing (SIT, UAT, regression) and QA processes.
• Lead change management, training, and business readiness.
• Execute go-live planning, hypercare, and stabilization post-implementation.
• Monitor KPIs, benefits realization, and ERP adoption.
