Job summary

techcarrot is seeking an ERP Project Lead / Business Analyst to support multiple ERP and business transformation initiatives. You will bridge business users, IT, and partners to coordinate activities, guide CRP/UAT, and ensure timely execution across Supply Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing.

The role emphasizes project execution, stakeholder engagement, and post-go-live stabilization, with preference for D365 F&O experience. Strong communication and hands-on delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, information technology, engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of ERP implementation, business transformation, or project coordination experience.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple project work streams and delivery timelines simultaneously.

• Track project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly proactive and execution-oriented
ERP Project Lead / Business Analyst to support multiple ongoing ERP and
business transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business
users, project teams, IT, and implementation partners, ensuring seamless
coordination, timely decision-making, effective communication, and successful
execution of project activities.

The primary focus of this role is project execution,
stakeholder coordination, CRP facilitation, UAT management, issue tracking, and
business engagement across supply chain, Logistics and Manufacturing.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
is preferred but not mandatory.

Project Coordination & Execution

• Support multiple project work streams and delivery timelines simultaneously.

• Drive collaboration across departments and project teams.
  

CRP, UAT & Business Readiness

• Plan and coordinate Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions.
  
• Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and schedules.
  
• Prepare and review test scenarios, test scripts, and business validations.
  
• Track testing progress, defects, and resolution activities.
  
• Coordinate business sign-off and deployment readiness activities.
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare meeting minutes, action trackers, and project documentation.
  
• Maintain project logs, issue registers, and decision records.
  
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure actions are completed on time.
  
• Support governance and project reporting requirements.
  

Go-Live & Hypercare Support

• Assist with deployment planning and execution activities.
  
• Coordinate go-live readiness reviews.
  
• Support post-go-live issue management and business stabilization activities.
  
• Ensure smooth transition from project implementation to business operations.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
  
• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation, business transformation, or project coordination roles.
  
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT teams.
  
• Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycle, CRP, UAT, and go-live activities.
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
  
• Exposure to Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, logistics and Manufacturing.
  
• Experience in Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, or Industrial sectors.
  
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) is an advantage.
