Job summary

Ambient Enterprises in Dubai is seeking an experienced PM/Business Analyst to own sprint delivery across Dynamics 365 (Sales/CRM, Field Service, and ERP). You will lead Scrum ceremonies, provide status updates to senior stakeholders, and establish metrics to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years in PM/BA, hands-on Dynamics 365 experience, and strong skills in user stories and Jira reporting. This on-site position offers a dynamic HVAC environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales/CRM, Field Service, or Business Central)
• Proven project management experience running Agile/Scrum delivery
• Demonstrated business analysis craft in user story writing and requirements refinement
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for work item management and reporting
• Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in project management and business analysis
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
