Job summary

EDGE, based in Abu Dhabi, seeks an experienced ERP Process Engineer to analyze operational workflows and drive ERP/PLM implementations across production, engineering, and supply chain teams.

You will design solutions, optimize product lifecycle data, and lead training and change management to enable adoption of new technologies and processes. Collaboration with IT and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of ERP/PLM consulting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience delivering ERP/PLM implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of MRP, production planning, BOM management, routing, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes including production planning, inventory control and engineering changes.
• Translate business requirements into ERP/PLM solutions and support implementations and upgrades.
• Ensure integration between ERP, PLM, MES and supply chain systems and drive process excellence.
