Job summary

EDGE is seeking an ERP Process Engineer to work with production, engineering, supply chain, quality, and IT to optimize business processes and support ERP/PLM initiatives. You will analyze workflows, design scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration across ERP, PLM, MES, and supply chain systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• 5–8+ years of experience in ERP and/or PLM consulting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience delivering ERP/PLM implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including MRP, production planning, BOM management, routing, and inventory control.
• Experience with leading ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate manufacturing processes across production, planning, inventory, engineering, and quality functions.
• Translate business requirements into ERP/PLM system solutions and configure modules.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and continuous enhancements.
• Maintain and optimize product structures, BOMs, and engineering data; support product lifecycle changes.
• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training; promote best practices.
• Provide functional ERP/PLM support and monitor system performance; drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, and IT; support project planning and change management.
