Job summary

EDGE in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Manager of Engineering Resource Planning to optimize capacity, utilization and future staffing across multiple entities. You will provide governance, reporting and dashboards to ensure the right talent is assigned to priority programs.

You will work with Strategic Engineering leadership, PMOs, and department managers to consolidate resource plans, monitor workload, and drive standardization through digitalization and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in engineering management, engineering operations, PMO, or resource planning.
Experience in a matrix organization and complex engineering environments is preferred.
Strong understanding of aerospace and defense engineering environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Consolidate and maintain visibility of engineering resource planning across entities.
Coordinate cross-entity engineering resource allocation.
Match engineering demand with available capabilities based on skills and priorities.
Monitor engineering utilization and workload management.
Ensure resource requests are complete and aligned with processes.
Produce governance materials and reports on capacity, demand, and shortages.
Develop and maintain engineering resource dashboards and communications.
