EDGE is seeking a seasoned PLM/Aras Innovator specialist to join the Abu Dhabi team supporting ADASI. You will provide L2/L3 PLM production support, manage upgrades, and collaborate across CM, PLM, infra, and vendors to ensure continuous operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, with 8+ years in PLM support and hands-on Aras Innovator Release 35+ experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for cross-functional teamwork.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• +8 years of experience in PLM software support.
• Minimum 3 years experience on Aras Innovator production support, upgrade support or L2/L3 support activities.
• Knowledge of configuration management principles, processes, and tools (e.g., CMDB, PLM, PDM).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on production support experience in Aras Innovator Release 35 or later versions

Responsabilidades

• Support production activities utilizing PLM, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, ALTIUM and XPLM connector.
• Handle L2 and L3 support tickets assigned by the PLM Manager.
• Analyze technical issues involving AML, IOM, C#, JavaScript, SQL, server/client methods and application logs.
• Provide workaround, RCA and permanent fix for assigned production incidents.
• Support package deployment, smoke testing and post-deployment validation.
• Support upgrade-related analysis and validation for Aras Innovator Release 35 or later.
• Coordinate with business, CM, PLM, infra, DBA, vendor and integration teams.
• Installations of Aras and components on servers. Server maintenance and server upset resolutions.
• Support Go-live activities.
• Maintain code best practices and SDLC best practices.
• License updates, Effectivity services, Vault management
• Maintain Production Uptime metrics.
