EDGE Group is seeking a Head of Mechanical Manufacturing to lead CNC machining, surface treatment, and overall manufacturing operations in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on safe, efficient production, capacity planning, and cross-functional coordination to meet business and customer needs.

You will drive manufacturing excellence, implement continuous improvement, and maintain compliance with HSE standards while developing and leading a high-performance team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of production and CNC manufacturing processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead CNC machining, surface treatment, and manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, and delivery targets.
• Manage production planning, capacity, manpower, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure production readiness for new products, including tooling, processes, materials, and documentation.
• Oversee third-party engineering and industrialization partners and ensure timely technical support.
• Monitor KPIs such as output, utilization, downtime, scrap, rework and on-time delivery.
• Drive quality, compliance, traceability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
