Job summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an ERP-focused professional to manage and optimize the ERP system, maintain user access, and support monthly closing and reconciliation.

You will review purchase and sales invoices, prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports, and coordinate with Operations, Maintenance and Procurement to ensure accurate financial and operational data across the business. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years in ERP administration, business control, finance or operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP B1, Odoo, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ERP system and user access.
• Review and verify purchase orders, supplier invoices, and sales invoices.
• Assist Finance in monthly closing and reconciliation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly KPI and management reports.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and Procurement teams.
• Conduct periodic audits of inventory, purchasing, and sales.
