Job summary

AGAPI is seeking an ERP Operation Specialist in Dubai to ensure smooth ERP operation across accounting processes and maintain accurate financial data in line with IFRS and local regulations.

The role requires 4–10 years of accounting experience with hands-on ERP implementation knowledge, strong data analysis, and excellent collaboration with IT and finance teams. Applicants should be proficient in Excel and English, with a passion for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or Accounting Information Systems.
• 4–10 years of experience in accounting with hands-on ERP or accounting software implementation.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and data reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Excel; basic SQL or BI tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication for cross-department work.
• Good command of English for international vendor communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage accounting and finance processes within the ERP/accounting system.
• Ensure financial data is recorded accurately in compliance with IFRS.
• Provide daily end-user support in ERP usage for accountants and related departments.
• Review and reconcile accounting data between ERP and actual records.
• Coordinate with IT/vendor to resolve ERP accounting module issues.
• Participate in UAT and propose ERP enhancements.
• Train accounting staff on ERP functionalities.
• Standardize and optimize accounting workflows across departments via ERP.
• Contribute to ERP development, enhancement, and customization.
