Job summary

algahwaalarabiya in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Business Control & ERP Administrator to oversee the company’s ERP system, manage user access, and ensure accurate financial and operational records across finance, purchasing, inventory and maintenance.

You will generate weekly and monthly reports, support monthly closing, monitor KPI and cost controls, and coordinate with Finance, Operations and Procurement to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years ERP administration, business control, finance, or operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP Business One, Odoo, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, finance, and sales processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• ERP System Management: Manage and maintain the ERP system and user access, ensure transactions are accurately entered and data is consistent.
• Financial & Commercial Control: Review purchase orders, supplier invoices, and sales invoices; monitor compliance with policies and approvals; assist monthly closing.
• Purchasing Control: Track procurement requests, PO approvals, budgets, and supplier performance; coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Operations & Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to monitor service activities and costs; keep maintenance records updated.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports; analyze sales trends, purchasing costs, inventory movement, and maintenance expenses.
• Compliance & Internal Control: Establish and monitor internal controls; conduct audits and support management during audits.
