Job summary

ADIB in Abu Dhabi seeks a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage payments, expenses, and GL coding in line with policy standards. You will perform month-end closings and respond to inquiries promptly, with strong ERP experience supporting Oracle or SAP environments.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and collaboration with finance and operations teams to ensure compliance and transparent analyses.

Qualifications

• Background in general accounting processes and controls.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in finance or operations environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP).

Responsibilities

• Process payments and staff expenses within a 5 working day SLA.
• Ensure accurate GL coding, cost centers and policy compliance.
• Reconcile GL accounts, CWIP, cash advances and FCD Map.
• Perform month-end closing and post journal vouchers.
• Respond to payment-related queries within 5 working days.
• Prepare miscellaneous reports and analysis on demand.
