Job summary

Middle East Retail Group seeks a Techno-Functional Business Manager to lead NAV ERP, CRM, and e-Commerce initiatives across planning, integration and process re-engineering. You will manage the full life cycle of applications with product teams and owners, ensuring quality delivery to Operations.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years in a similar role, with fashion retail exposure, strong project management, and experience with NAV ERP 2016 modules.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and plan the entire life cycle of applications with development teams and application owners.
• Ensure delivery quality when the product is handed to Operations.
• Collaborate with business owners and implementation teams for requirements, implementation and rollout.
• Define, track, monitor, and act on performance metrics for assigned applications.
• Visualize and present ongoing trends to business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors to meet delivery dates and quality levels.
• Optimize sourcing to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Experience with NAV 2016 modules (Inventory, Finance, Warehouse).
• Data preparation, migration and validation; import/export via EDI.
• Document technical implementations and prepare user manuals; conduct end-user trainings.
• Apply ERP security best practices for user rights.
• Experience with database backup and recovery tasks.

Techno Functional Business Manager ERP, CRM, e-Commerce, Business Planning, Business Solutions, Integrations and Process Re-engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage and Plan the entire life cycle of the Applications with product development teams and application owners.
• Ensure that when the Product is delivered to Operations, it is done at an agreed and acceptable level of quality.
• Work closely with business owners and product implementation teams to ensure proper identification of requirements, implementation and rollout of the systems.
• Define, Track, Monitor, and Act-on various performance metrics on assigned applications.
• Visualize and present ongoing trends to business stakeholders.
• Work closely with the vendors to ensure proper delivery of planned optimizations within delivery dates and with the agreed levels of quality.
• Optimize the sourcing set-up with key focus on enhancing quality and reducing costs.
• Experience in providing solutions to inventory, finance, warehouse, LS retail modules of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016.
• Experience in Data preparation, migration, and validation. Ability to import/export data from NAV to/from third parties (EDI).
• Documentation of technical implementations, coding and preparation of user manuals. Conducting End user trainings.
• Capability of applying best practices / industry standards of user rights/security in ERP.
• Experience in Database backup and recovery jobs.
