Position: Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

The Marketing Coordinator plays a dual role in supporting the deployment of global marketing campaigns and overseeing daily operational traffic. Working alongside the Marketing Operations Manager and the Head of Marketing, this professional manages creative schedules, tracks resource allocation, and resolves timeline bottlenecks to keep digital campaigns on track.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Marketing Execution & Coordination: Liaise with external vendors, media agencies, and internal creative teams to execute high-quality marketing initiatives; manage corporate calendars and handle logistics for off-site promotional events.
• Market Research & Performance Analysis: Conduct targeted market research on industry trends and customer behavior; compile, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics and forecasts to optimize strategic decision-making.
• Traffic & Workflow Support: Partner with the Traffic Lead to monitor project timelines, allocate creative tasks, follow up on pending deliverables, and manage the day-to-day lifecycle of live work moving through the department.
• Resource Management: Lead weekly scheduling meetings, resolve resourcing conflicts, identify solutions for compressed deadlines, and audit weekly employee timesheets.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Professional History: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, project management, or creative delivery roles.
• Agency Background: Prior experience working within a fast-paced digital agency or a fast-moving corporate marketing department is highly preferred.
• Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing techniques, paired with clear knowledge of the steps required to deliver creative digital assets.
• Project Management Toolkit: Exceptional multitasking, scheduling, and planning abilities; practical experience navigating project management and resourcing software (e.g., Jira) is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Highly comfortable utilizing specialized marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Interpersonal Skills: Elite mediation, active listening, and verbal/written communication traits to bridge gaps across multi-disciplinary teams.
