Job summary

Buyut Aljiwar, a Dubai-based real estate developer, is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support marketing activities, corporate events, branded merchandise, and external productions. The role requires coordinating suppliers, agencies, and production timelines to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination or events.
• Experience in UAE real estate or marketing agencies preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate suppliers and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external suppliers, production companies, printing houses, event agencies, and marketing vendors.
• Source suppliers, request quotations, negotiate pricing, and monitor budgets and deadlines.
• Manage production and delivery of corporate gifts, branded merchandise, promotions, and packaging.
• Coordinate logistics for project launches, broker events, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate gatherings.
• Liaise with venues, caterers, designers, and production teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Oversee event setup, branding installations, on-site activities, and dismantling.
• Conduct quality checks on marketing materials and supplier deliverables.
• Maintain records of suppliers, quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Update project trackers, monitor expenses, and support Marketing team with daily operations.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support marketing activities, corporate events, branded merchandise, and external production projects.

The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver who can coordinate suppliers, agencies, and production timelines while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate external suppliers, production companies, printing houses, event agencies, and marketing vendors.
• Source suppliers, request quotations, negotiate pricing, and monitor budgets and deadlines.
• Manage the production and delivery of corporate gifts, branded merchandise, promotional materials, and packaging.
• Coordinate logistics for project launches, broker events, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate gatherings.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event coordination, production, or vendor management.
• Experience in UAE real estate development, events, or marketing agencies is preferred.
• Proven experience coordinating suppliers, production companies, and event vendors.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, negotiation, and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to attend events, supplier meetings, and production site visits when required.

Preferred: Experience with real estate launches, broker events, corporate gifting, branded merchandise, printing, signage installations, and procurement. A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
