Job summary

Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks an Epic Delivery Owner to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic Epics in MEA. You will partner with Product Managers, SMEs, and ARTs to ensure scope, budgets, timelines, and quality align with regulatory and business goals.

Under Head of Project & Delivery Management, you will govern delivery, manage risks, and engage executives through regular reviews, ensuring value realization across Epics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
• Experience delivering complex initiatives, healthcare or insurance preferred.
• Strong SAFe and Agile delivery practices understanding.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Epics from ideation to benefits realization.
• Develop and maintain epic delivery plans with timelines and budgets.
• Lead collaboration across Agile Teams and business functions.
• Engage stakeholders and provide executive updates.
• Monitor delivery against scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain project documentation and QA checks.
• Support Lean business cases and KPI alignment.
