We are seeking a senior delivery and operations leader to take enterprise-wide responsibility for the effectiveness consistency and commercial performance of the delivery organisation Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and wider executive team this individual will ensure that strategic priorities are translated into disciplined operational execution across multiple business units and service lines The role will own the frameworks governance mechanisms and performance measures used to manage delivery across the organisation with a strong focus on improving utilisation productivity margin performance and customer outcomes This is a highly visible leadership position requiring someone capable of operating at executive level challenging existing ways of working and building a scalable operating model to support continued growth Key Responsibilities Enterprise Delivery amp Operational Performance Lead the overall delivery operating model across the organisation ensuring client engagements are executed effectively against agreed scope timelines budgets and quality expectations Drive initiatives that improve delivery efficiency resource utilisation commercial performance and customer satisfaction Develop consistent delivery standards operating practices and methodologies across business units and service lines Build and maintain executive-level performance reporting including operational scorecards KPIs and dashboards covering delivery health financial performance and resource effectiveness Identify opportunities to simplify automate and improve operational processes across the delivery lifecycle Embed continuous improvement principles and structured problem-solving approaches across the organisation Ensure delivery capacity processes systems and tools remain aligned with the organisation s growth plans Work closely with business and practice leaders to address performance gaps and implement corrective action Delivery Governance amp Risk Establish a consistent governance structure for monitoring delivery performance across the enterprise Maintain oversight of the project and programme portfolio including delivery risk financial exposure resourcing challenges and customer escalations Identify potential delivery issues early and work with senior stakeholders to define practical resolution plans Ensure delivery activities operate in line with internal policies contractual commitments and relevant regulatory requirements Lead senior operational and portfolio review forums ensuring clear accountability for actions and outcomes Provide executive management with transparent insight into delivery performance operational risks and areas requiring intervention Represent the delivery organisation in senior customer governance meetings and other strategic stakeholder forums
