Job summary

The Epic Delivery Owner role at The Cigna Group focuses on end-to-end management of strategic Epics across the MEA region. You will partner with Product Managers, Product Owners and ARTs to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline, while aligning with regulatory standards and customer needs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, track progress with Jira and dashboards, and communicate updates to executives and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience delivering complex initiatives, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
• Strong understanding of SAFe and Agile delivery practices; SAFe certifications are desirable.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Epics from ideation to benefits realization.
• Define scope, outcomes, dependencies, and success measures with Product Managers.
• Develop and maintain Epic delivery plans with timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead collaboration across Agile Teams, ARTs, and business functions.
• Track delivery progress using Jira, dashboards, and status reports.
• Manage stakeholder updates, escalations, and reviews.
• Oversee documentation including RAID logs and reporting packages.
