Job summary

Medtronic plc in Dubai seeks a Sales Specialist for Electrophysiology Therapies. You will drive sales growth, support clinical procedures, and build strong partnerships with hospitals and physicians across the UAE.

This hybrid commercial and clinical role requires presenting products, coordinating with marketing and regional teams, and providing onsite case support during procedures. Regular travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years in CRM, EP, CAS, or related cardiovascular therapies.
• Experience supporting clinical procedures and hospital environments.
• Professional level English communication and UAE market experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales, revenue, and market share objectives across the territory.
• Provide onsite clinical and technical support during procedures, including product utilization and troubleshooting.
• Develop territory and account plans to drive business growth and opportunities.
• Build relationships with physicians, clinical teams, healthcare administrators, procurement, and stakeholders.
• Lead commercial activities including pricing, tenders, quotations, contracts, forecasting, and inventory coordination.
• Drive adoption of existing and new technologies and support case coverage with clinical teams.
