Job summary

Medtronic plc in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Technical Consultant for Electrophysiology Therapies to support physicians, EP labs and hospital teams. Based in Abu Dhabi with regular travel across the territory, you will deliver onsite clinical and technical support during procedures, drive therapy adoption and provide training to healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, nursing, clinical sciences, medical technology, or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the medical device industry, cardiology, electrophysiology, Cardiac rhythm management, or cath lab environments.
• Strong clinical and technical aptitude with the ability to learn complex technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional level English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support during electrophysiology procedures.
• Deliver real-time case support and troubleshooting in cath-labs and electrophysiology suites.
• Conduct product training and educational programs for physicians nurses technicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Support the introduction and adoption of new technologies and therapies across assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to develop account strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and healthcare stakeholders.
• Support inventory management consignment reviews and field corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with Medtronic policies, quality standards and local regulatory requirements.
