Job summary

MediaSource FZC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an entry-level Digital & Media Support Officer to develop UAE Nationals through hands-on experience in content management, media coordination, and basic marketing support.

The role supports the Digital/Marketing team by maintaining our digital presence, coordinating assets, and assisting with reporting. Fresh graduates are welcome; UAE National candidates are preferred for program eligibility.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or higher in marketing/communications preferred.
• 0–2 years in digital media or marketing support; fresh graduates welcome.
• UAE National only.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day digital and media activities including content uploads, updates, and basic design coordination.
• Assist in managing social media platforms by scheduling posts and maintaining content calendars.
• Help maintain and update website content under supervision to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect digital assets and promotional materials.
• Assist in preparing basic reports on digital performance metrics such as engagement and website activity.
• Support media documentation and digital asset management processes.
• Assist with event coverage preparation including media coordination and content compilation.
• Ensure adherence to branding guidelines and digital communication standards.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Digital/Marketing team.
