Job summary

MediaSource FZC is seeking a Finance Support Officer in Abu Dhabi to develop UAE Nationals in core finance functions. This entry-level role focuses on data entry, invoicing, and financial documentation while building foundational accounting knowledge.

You will assist with accounts payable/receivable, month-end closings, and basic reporting, working with teammates to ensure accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of finance or administrative experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• UAE National only.

Responsibilities

• Support daily finance operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and files in line with company policies.
• Support preparation of basic financial reports and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors on finance‑related matters.
• Assist during month‑end closing and audits as required.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
