Job summary

Skywall Contracting LLC in Dubai seeks a junior Estimator to support civil projects. You will develop BOQs, perform quantity take-offs from drawings, and prepare material estimates for tender submissions under supervision.

The role requires 0–2 years of estimation experience, familiarity with AutoCAD and Excel, and the ability to read drawings. Immediate joiners are preferred for this on-site position in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering Degree or Diploma.
• 0–2 years of estimation experience; freshers with good technical skills may apply.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
• Ability to obtain and compare supplier quotations.
• Knowledge of UAE construction materials and market rates is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Prepare material quantity calculations for civil works.
• Collect supplier quotations and prepare comparative statements.
• Assist with project costing, tender submissions and material estimates.
