Job summary

You will own end-to-end outcomes across the client lifecycle, from contract through go-live and scale, engaging with executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners to ensure commitments are met.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or 3 years with a PhD.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation programs for global fintechs and banks.
• Strong ability to align executive stakeholders and govern delivery across multi‑market programs.
• Deep knowledge of payments ecosystem and cloud-based, microservice architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end transformation program for a major banking client.
• Own executive stakeholder alignment, governance, quality, and time-to-value.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, InfoSec, and other internal teams to ensure commitments are met.
