Job summary

Client of Involved Solutions partners with a major UAE bank to recruit a Head of Transformation on a 12-month contract. This senior, delivery-focused mandate requires an experienced leader who can hit the ground running and take ownership from day one.

The role oversees a cross-functional transformation portfolio spanning technology, operations and customer experience, reports to the CEO/Board, and drives tangible outcomes within the contract period.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience leading transformation in large banks.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide programmes.
• Ability to operate at CEO/Board level.

• Strong governance, benefits tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the bank's transformation agenda from day one and translate priorities into a structured portfolio.

About the role

Take ownership of the bank s transformation agenda from day one translating strategic priorities into a structured well-governed portfolio of programmesDrive delivery across a portfolio of complex cross-functional initiatives spanning operations technology customer experience and organisational designLead an existing transformation function bringing structure pace and clear accountability to programme deliveryAct as a trusted advisor to the CEO Board and Executive Committee providing clear visibility on progress risks and outcomesPartner with business unit heads and functional leaders to drive alignment remove blockers and maintain momentum across the portfolioEstablish and enforce governance frameworks reporting mechanisms and benefits tracking that connect programme activity to measurable outcomesDeliver tangible lasting impact within the contract period leaving the transformation function stronger than you found it
