Job summary

Context Labs is seeking a senior leader to drive pre-sales strategy, governance, and enterprise platform positioning. You will align sales, delivery, and scalable implementation models while owning portfolio delivery performance and risk management.

You will partner with product and engineering leadership to encode deployment standards, readiness, and repeatable patterns across global engagements, ensuring measurable ROI and customer success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record balancing enterprise revenue growth with delivery risk.
• Experience in global enterprise operating environments.
• Has led and managed leaders; defined strategy and organizational structure.
• Able to scale engagement and operations globally.
• Portfolio understanding of cloud ecosystems, security, and data integration.
• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define pre-sales platform positioning and RI strategy.
• Support executive sponsor conversations.
• Ensure sales motions align with delivery capacity.
• Establish deployment standards across customers.
• Define enterprise deployment strategy across SaaS, private tenant, and managed frameworks.
• Establish deployment readiness standards and exception processes.
• Own portfolio delivery performance and risk management.
• Build executive relationships and demonstrate ROI and data lineage.
• Design and govern the technical engagement operating model.
• Define boundaries between SA, TPM, and Support; build TPM organization.
• Define risk management strategies for large programs and feed roadmap insights.
